We began as a small healthcare digital solutions firm in the Greater Toronto Area, focused on helping long-term care homes transform and optimize the critical processes required to comply with Ministry of Long-Term Care regulations and the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 (FLTCA 2021). Over time, it became clear that our role should extend beyond compliance, partnering with our clients from the very beginning of their journey. Today, we provide smart, intelligent technologies that enhance bedside quality of care for residents in long-term care homes by empowering frontline staff, boosting productivity and compliance, de-risking operations, and standardizing care practices across Canadian LTCHs.
